I saw this after the date it was shown. Im registered but cannot access the recorded webinar and also cannot access the slides. Can you please help me? The webinar is ADHD Expert Webinars & Podcast Episodes – Index by Date + Slides that was shown on Jan 13th. Thank you

When you register now for a webinar, the platform will send a registration confirmation email that will have the link to access the webinar to view. You will also receive reminder emails with the URL as well. The page you encountered is a holding page confirming that you have registered successfully and to please return to the page at the date and time of the webinar.

HERE’S SOMETHING ELSE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. THE # OF YOUR WEBINARS FROM 572-576 IS NOT CORRECT ONLINE. YOU ARE MISSING NUMBERS AND THE # OF THE WEBINAR ONLINE DOES NOT MATCH THE # OF THE WEBINAR BASED ON THE SLIDE DECK. ONE EXAMPLE – WHEN DOWNLOADED, THE SLIDE DECK LABELLED AS #572 (SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING TECHNIQUES) IS LABELLED AS #573 ONLINE.

I SENT AN EMAIL ABOUT THIS SEVERAL WEEKS AGO BUT NO RESPONSE. YOUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING AS IT USED TO AND PRETTY SURE SOMETHING IS NOT SET UP PROPERLY. WHEN I REGISTER NOW, INSTEAD OF PROVIDING A LINK TO THE WEBINAR THAT I CAN SAVE, INSTEAD IT SAYS,”RETURN TO THIS PAGE ON THE DAY OF THE WEBINAR” WHICH IS NOT VERY USER FRIENDLY. IN THE PAST WHEN I REGISTERED, THE SYSTEM PROVIDED A LINK DIRECTLY TO THE WEBINAR. YOUR WEB UX TEAM SHOULD TRY REGISTERING FOR A WEBINAR AS A USER AND EVALUATE THE USER EXPERIENCE! IT HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED FOR THE WORSE. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE IS ACTUALLY MONITORING THESE COMMENTS BECAUSE YOU DON’T SEEM TO BE MONITORING YOUR “CONTACT US” EMAIL????

I couldn’t log in link didn’t work.Spent the hour trying to see it. I cannot ask questions if I cannot link to the web cast it flips right by the login site. There is no link that works and no way to watch it live.
