Lynda is a language teacher, writer, artist and mother. She was diagnosed with ADHD (inattentive type) at the age of 47, after kids and hormones cranked up the pressure and made it harder to manage. She writes about her experience in the hope of helping others navigate theirs.
She is currently trying to stay zen through midlife despite riding an oestrogen rollercoaster and raising two daughters whose favourite hobby is goading your sister until she kicks you in the shins. She’s sort of winning sometimes.
Lynda has a BA in applied psychology, a postgraduate certificate in education and a postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism.
